Chemical supply

For the efficient operation of modern industrial wastewater treatment plants and upstream production, the professional supply of chemicals necessary for processing is essential.

We design and manufacture customized plants for the storage and supply of chemicals for both the production, including point of use, as well as for the wastewater treatment. We enable our customers to get the right amount of the right chemical to the right place at the right time. For maximum safety and durability, the materials used are of course tuned to the media used.

Current control technologies and sensor techniques ensure the efficient operation of the plants with continuous monitoring at the same time and transparent flow of information on all operating conditions and measurement results.

Storage

For storage purposes, plastic containers are designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the customer, the medium and the building conditions. Containers made of all common plastics are used. The containers have a type approval certificate according to DIBT; the certification can be given by a single approval. According to requirements, the storage containers are designed with one or two walls.

Supply

For chemical supply, the most varied systems are used depending on the requirements of the chemicals and the customer. From simple, manual changing systems with cans or intermedia bulk container (IBC) to closed fully-automatic supply cabinets with day tank for uninterrupted supply.

Preparation and dosing stations

In order to supply non-standard chemicals, preparation and dosing stations can be used. It is possible to provide different mixing ratios that correspond to the requirements of the treatment process. These may be added in liquid or powder form.
