Spülmittel

Mit unseren leicht löslichen und alkalischen Spülmitteln lassen sich verschmutzte Membranoberflächen in Ultrafiltrationsanlagen optimal reinigen. Kombiniert mit dem speziell auf unsere Spülmittel abgestimmten Dr. Kornder-Reinigungsverstärker mit Fluxstabilisatoren lösen sich selbst extreme Verschmutzungen effektiv und ermöglichen so eine lange Lebensdauer der Membranen.

KMR 01

KMR 01 ist ein leicht lösliches, alkalisch reagierendes Pulver. Es eignet sich hervorragend für die Reinigung normal verschmutzter Membranoberflächen in Ultrafiltrationsanlagen und enthält schwache Komplexbildner.

KVMR 10-1

Für anspruchsvolle Reinigungsaufgaben sowie für die optimale Reinigung stark verschmutzter Membranoberflächen in Ultrafiltrationsanlagen nach dem Trennzyklus ist KVMR 10-1 konzipiert. KVMR 10-1 ist ein leicht lösliches, alkalisch reagierendes Pulver, das Komplexbildner enthält.

KRV 01

Zur Verstärkung der Reinigungswirkung bei extrem verschmutzten Membranen kann zusätzlich zu Spülmitteln der Reinigungskraftverstärker KRV 01 eingesetzt werden. Das Reinigungsergebnis wird dabei durch die optimale Benetzung der Membranoberflächen während des Spülvorgangs verbessert. KRV 01 ist eine klare, gelbliche und neutrale Flüssigkeit. Der Reinigungsverstärker ist frei von Komplexbildnern und biologisch abbaubar.

KLS 01

KLS 01 ist ein konzentriertes Tensid mit überwiegend nicht-ionogenen Bestandteilen. Durch seine dispergierenden Eigenschaften verhindert es Sekundärmembranbildung auf der Membranoberfläche nachhaltig und die Trennleistung der Ultrafiltrationsanlagen wird stabilisiert. Das Ergebnis sind konstante Permeatleistungen.

KLS 01 eignet sich für den Einsatz bei schwierig zu trennenden Medien mit hohem Feststoffanteil wie z.B. Dispersionen, Formentrennmittel mit Anteilen aus synthetischen Wachsen usw.. Aufgrund seiner Formel kann KLS 01 sehr sparsam eingesetzt werden ohne seine Wirksamkeit zu verlieren. Die Zugabe von bereits 1–2 Litern KLS 01 pro m³ des zu trennenden Mediums ist für die Wirksamkeit ausreichend.
